Mobile Control Systems The Valve-Mate System BOLT ON RADIO CONTROLS FOR CRANES, WINCHES AND TOWING EQUIPMENT |
Warranty The Mobile Control radio (2 thru 6 functions) has a life time warranty against defects and workmanship limited to replacement of defective parts. Other radio manufactures we use in our systems offer their own factory warranty, typically 1 year against defects and workmanship. The Valve-Mate control system used with any radio remote control also has a life time warranty covering parts or parts and labor at our facility. Service If a Mobile Control Systems product requires service, the end user or the OEM should call MCS we will issue an R.G.A.. We will repair or replace the product, re-test and return the system at no charge. Field Service If after talking with the customer we believe the product can be serviced in the field, we will ship the required part at no charge. MCS does not pay labor charges in the field or any expenses outside of replacing defective parts. Returns Prior to returning a system for repair, please contact us for an R.G.A., this helps us to repair and return a product more quickly. |
